WinCustomize Subscription

Paid for Renewal but is still expired

Hi there Stardock,

on 23 juli 2019 i payed via PayPal for the renewal of my OD and Wincustomize subscriptions.

When i look at my downloads i see that OD is renewed but WinCustomize isn't.

The last few years this every times happens, why?

Please could you correct this?

I have the same problem I paid for 2 Years and at last check it said I renewed for 1
